Now I know denobulans were created because Enterprise needed a new alien but where and what do you think happened to the denobulans latter on, cold station 12 explained that they were partners with earth in that facility.

They probably became members of the Federation.

Maybe they all caught a plague and died, or contracted some sort of genetic disorder, since we never see them in one of the series that supposed to be set later.

We haven't seen all 150 species of the Federation. Why is it so hard to believe that the Denobulans were simply no longer major galactic players. Also, the major reason is simply because the Denobulans were created for ENT, AFTER TOS, TNG, DS9, and VOY. I doubt they all died from some...plague...

It was explained. You don't see these races mostly because they were created for Enterprise. The "other" is that because there arer so many members and such, and aliens in the galaxy/quadrant, you can't see them all, all the time. I am surrprised that there wasnt a refernce to them in Nemesis though. But meh... it all depends

Ive seen a few denobulans on TNG walking the hallways, but thats about it.
Other places for denobulans are included on star trek elite force II pc game on the enterprise-e.
