Considering hes from the future, its possible he's not dead yet in Shockwave. Or maybe Silik's weapon didn't actually kill him----his allies in the 31st century could have transported him back through time just as Silik fired.

Well if you saw the epi, Daniels was ripped apart, not vaporised or such. My theory is that he was a hologram like "Future Guy" or Archer in T'Pols Quarters, Comeon people that kinda makes sense!

they just set someone from the future to save him or maybe cloned him since we don't know much about the 31 century we can't be sure about any theory
