I've got it on my shelf, but have yet to read it. I tried to get hold of Avenger but WH Smith couldn't get it for me. But I do have The Ashes of Eden.

I've read all the Shatnerverse books to date, and have the most recent one on my shelf.

In other words, Read:

The Ashes of Eden
The Return
Avenger
Spectre
Dark Victory
Preserver

To be read:
Captain's Peril

Of them, Spectre is easily the best of the lot.
