I was wondering if in the Expanded Universe Luke and Mara get married? Cause I saw this picture and they were kissing...I haven't gotten to read all of the books yet but I thought that Luke had this thing for Callista. I know that then they (Luke and Callista) go their separate roads and stuff after that.

Yes, they get married in "Vision of the Future" by Timothy Zahn. They are then together in the New Jedi Order series.
WARNING.......SPOILERS AHEAD:
Luke's girlfriends are (in order):
Gariel Capiston
Introduced in "The Truce at Bakura", died in "Showdown at Centerpoint".
Callista
Introduced in "Children of the Jedi", further featured in "Darksaber", decides to finally leave Luke in "Planet of Twilight".
Mara Jade
Introduced in "Heir to the Empire". Featured in many novels, most notably those by Timothy Zahn. Finally falls in love with Luke in "The Hand of Thrawn" duology. Marries Luke in "Vision of the Future". Gets pregnant in "New Jedi Order: Balance Point". That's as far as I've gotten.

SWEET! THANK YOU! I've been reading the novels and Zahn is my favorite author so far. I've had to read them out of order because my barnes and noble didn't originally have the earlier novels. I'm reading the last command now. Is the New Jedi Order any good?

Yes, its very good. There is a rather.....shocking.....incident in the first book (Vector Prime), but if you can get past that then it really is good.
However, read as much as you can of the earlier stuff before starting the New Jedi Order because a lot of it is referenced. If you want the chronological order, here's a good site:

I'd recommend you at read at least the first book of the two Young Adult series, Young Jedi Knights and Junior Jedi Knights----some people might skip them, but YJK is actually pretty entertaining and JJK is referenced in the Edge of Victory duology.

He sacrifices himself to save Anakin Solo. I was a little tentative when I learned he would bite the dust, but they way it was written was as good an end as any character could ask for.
