Weapons
Bigger boom, same principal.

Defence
Shields are cool.

Space Travel
WARP DRIVE! Yeah!

Medical
Very advanced. But within possibility for this century.

Not that different, from what we've seen.

Everything has advanced but the general concept of Star Trek exploration needs something like umm a Warp Engine So I voted for that.

But weapons have Advanced the Most.

We now have "Smart Guns" And "Smart Bullets"

The Guns have Computer Processors in them Which Callibrates the Bullet (a Bullet called an Airburst. explodes in the air) which has a micro chip in it. The gun tells the Bullet how far to Travel before exploding

Phasers are closer to reality than you think ( can't tell you more ), tricorders can be constructed, shields are a theoretical possibility but warp/transwarp/slipstream drives are mostly a product of imagination.

We are a long way to producing a 'handheld' phaser or 'rifle' but a larger replication could be produced. Not to the degree of power of Star Trek's phasers but possibly something remotly similar to a phaser could be created.
