In Emissary, the Rio Grande was pulling Gul Dukat's warship out of the wormhole with a tractor beam.
IS THAT EVEN POSSIBLE??
A small federation runabout pulling a cardassian warship.

In space, mass doesn't mean a whole lot----especially if the warship isn't resisting the tug.
