Ok, we all know of the Prime Directive, and the Temporal Time Directive, but does anyone actually when these started? In order for these to be established, something had to happen. We know that the Prime Directive does not exist yet in Enterprise, and I would guess that the TPD does not exist yet either, so what happened for these to come around?

I believe in Enterprise ep 113 "Dear Doctor" archer said something about "nobody has established a sort of...directive...for us to follow."

I have this nagging doubt about temporal incursions.
I the Future's End episodes, in the end when Braxton returns to guide Voyager back to their time-period, he says that he has not experience the timeline where he was stranded on Post-industrial Earth for three decades.
However, in Relativity, he blames janeway for his 30 year stay.
If he hadn't experience the timeline, how would he know of it???
...Or maybe it's because of the time he spent in rehab......where I presume all his personalitiles from the different timelines were re-integerated.
Could someone please explain???
