Could someone name all parts of a ship and where they go like where is port where is starboard stuff like that.

The stern, or aft, is the rear of the ship.
The bow is the front.
Port is the left side.
Starboard is the right.

"Klingon warship off the Starboard bow!" means the ship is somewhere off the right, forward quarter of the ship.

Actually in Star Trek it is:

Fore or forward = The front of the ship. (As is in Ten Forward, which was located on deck ten, the forward most section)

Aft = rear

Port = left

starboard = right

Dorsal = top

ventral = bottom
