STV Upgrade

[Seven of Nine]

As some of you may have noticed, STV is still running on phpBB2. Since this was phased out the beginning of this year, and phpBB3 has been out for over a year now, it's time for STV to move over to the new software.

Along with benefits such as less spam (yay!), there may be a few differences with how the site looks, not least because I'm hopeless with themes so will be using the default one for a bit. Hopefully this upgrade will go without problems, but if there are any just let me know either via Private Message or at [email protected].

I'm planning on testing the upgrade over the next couple of days, then migrating the site on Thursday or Friday, and will lock the site while this is happening to prevent the loss of any posts.
