IMHO a rookie with 1 post, posting a link to go to a website where you have to give a credit card number seems just a little fishy to me.

lol, I can see why that can look odd but you don't have to give card details, you can still play with a free account. The reason there is a registration is so all players have a username for the league tables and for social networking.
TBH I understand why you are untrusting but it really is a good game and I wanted to let proper fans have first play at it before it gets promoted, theres nothing sinister here
