Which new movie actor do you think will be compared to his/her original actor the most? In other words after you see the movie who will you say wow so and so reminded me of the original so and so. Don't just base your answer on looks.
We only have trailer footage to go on right now. This question will be better answered after we see the movie but still.
I am going to go with Bones here. The few lines I heard in the trailer seem fitting of what Deforest would say. But it is his tone of voice as well that just has me hooked on his character. Him saying "Space is disease and danger wrapped in darkness and silence" while drinking just made me think of that old surly country doctor. His scruffy appearance in the trailer reminded me off a pissed off McCoy being beamed up during shore leave in TMP.

From the trailers I've seen so far, I would have to go with the guy who is playing Scotty (sorry, I'm really bad with and not down 100% with the new actors yet  ) For instance when he says something about "liking this ship because its fun" or something like that in the trailer...from what I've seen of TOS, sounds like a total Scotty saying, lol!
Also, sorry I didn't vote, but I'm not 100% down with all TOS actors / actresses either...I am really-really bad, lol!
