Ok, so if you haven't seen this 3-4 year old movie, there may be some spoilers below, so don't read any further, k? 
In Superman Returns we see that Lois has a son, and near the end we find out that the kid is obviously Kal-el's. (Superman) So, Lois doesn't know know Clark is Superman (again), and has a new fiancee. I don't remember how old the kid is, but from what I've read, we're supposed to believe he was concieved when Superman was human.
So, we know that Superman and Lois got it on, Superman knows, but Lois doesn't. Don't you think she'd wonder how she got pregnant? Did I miss something in the movie where this was explained?

The kids name was Jason and he was supposedly concieved in Superman II while Superman was "human". Lois does know that it's Superman's son because she whispered it in his ear in the hospital. I'm not too sure about some of the other discrepencies. That's sort of how comic books go though.
