well, I'm not entirely sure what to think on it. It's either going to save the economy, or be it's downfall. it all depends on how it's orchestrated, I suppose.

It could have been a good thing, considering the intentions behind this however it didn't pass congress, so at this point it wont be used.

They're still going to pass something similar, probably for the same amount. It wasn't passed because of certain conditions, not just what it was for. I expect the next bill will be very much the same.
