Do you think they made the right choice in Kes leaving?

Was Kes leaving a good idea? Should Seven had left? Or should they both should've been on the show? Tell me your answers.

I think Seven and Kes both should've been on the show because it is so hard to chose from both of them, and usually they only ask if Seven should've stayed, or if Kes should've stayed.

It might have been cool if both of them stayed. I really liked Kes, and Seven eventually grew on me... though Kes would probably have died of old age around the end, if I'm remembering correctly. Didn't they only live for 7 years ish?

I think it was odd to have Kes leave, she contributed to Voyager's mission the same as Seven. What is one more if the captain is a woman, anyway? Her mysterious re-appearance in season 6 just added more mystery to a character that doesn't deserve that kind of treatment.
