So I wrote to Kate Mulgrew about a month ago at a theatre in New York she was performing at. I didn't think I'd get a response from her, but sure enough!!! I wrote her a letter, and included a self addressed and stamped envelope. She sent me a personalized autographed 8x10 picture!! I about died!!
Then just one week ago I wrote to Patrick Stewart at the theatre he's performing Macbeth at. I sent him 5 pictures to have signed - one personalized for my dad, and the rest for me (my dad's is a father's day present, and the rest of them I couldn't pick just one to send b/c i loved 'em all).
Anyway, he only signed the one for my dad, and chose one of the 4 to sign for me - sent the other 3 back unsigned. I really want a star trek one autographed, so I'm thinking i will send just ONE of those to have him sign for me:)!!

Off topic now though, why did you post a new topic for this instead of just posting it in your autographs topic that you already posted? Just curious.

b/c those are random broadway performers that no one knows, and it's dead topic.. no one responded. Everyone here actually knows who Patrick and Kate are, they're AWESOME, and so therefore they deserve their very own topic - that's why!

i just got a frame for the one for my dad's, and also my own. I'm gonna put my Kate and Patrick picture into the same frame - they're different sizes, but it'll still work. YAY!
