The Intrepid Class Starship Voyager. She is an untested ship with an untested crew. We are on a mission of exploration and peace for the federation.


The U.S.S. Voyager NCC 74656 is a ship of the Intrepid class, which probably was the most state-of-the-art and technologically advanced class until the Sovereign-class ships (Enterprise E) were commissioned.
So far four ships have been built, the first being the U.S.S. Intrepid, the second the U.S.S. Voyager.

Voyager is a science vessel, specially equipped for exploration, research and cartography. She was built in McKinley Earth Station and was commissioned in 2371 (stardate 48308.5)
Voyager can operate three years without refueling.

Her EPS system and back up have been totally modified to employ Enaran power-conservation technology; power relays on some decks now employ Borg technology.

Now to post the probable plot theme for this simm. The USS Voyager is cruising around in the delta quadrant finishing up there new quantum slipstream drive. If you have seen the VOY episode "Timeless", then you know that after they do the new drive thing that they crash and die. Well, that happens here too. Except the delta flyer manages to change time so that Voyager never gets thrown into the delta quadrant in the first place. Voyager joins the USS Arch Angel in Task Force 001 on Starbase 47. This plot theme and outcome of this plot theme are up for discussion.

Unfortunately, the USS Angel will not be joining this storyline, upon concensus of the Angel's crew. There may be another RPG opening to fill this gap, however.
