The show's 2 parter finale does'nt mention Icheb do they? If they did, what happened to him? Does he go back to Alpha Quadrant with the res of Voyager?

He is featured in the first part of the finale, I believe. He beats Tuvok at kal-toh. So yes, he is still aboard Voyager when they reach Earth so we can safely assume he got home with the rest of the crew,

Nothing happened to him, he made it to earth with the rest Voyager.
