Problems with the virtual space station

I know this should be in DS9 but the site is dead and hardly anyone goes in the DS9 section.

I have installed all 7 of the DS9 virtual space station discs that i got from my box sets. When i start the program up i get a sign up screen asking for my name etc. So i fill all that in then press submit. Once i do that a small box comes up saying connecting to the internet. I never manage to get past that part. It just stays on connecting to the internet until i eventually have to exit it using task manager.

Anyone know how to solve this problem?

Do you think perhaps its because its quite old and the site doesnt exist anymore? I clicked on the help button and the site it too me too just had loads of stupid links to other sites advertising random stuff

I have no idea, what little I know of this, never told me it was done through the internet. Seems kind of lame to require all seven seasons to make this work, then it needs connection to the internet.
