phpBB3.0 is a bit different looking... I use it ocassionally, but I definetely would wait until the bugs are done. It's still a little messy.
I think he was referring more towards similar things like the "Where's Morphy" topic in Chit Chat, which amusingly enough elaborated a little more... More smileys, etc.
phpBB3.0 LOOKS solid... but I only use it for a forum which currently only has 2 members. I don't want to think about the possible errors when you get 50+ members active in a day... php script can be such a finicky.. feminine dog.
