It's about a vampire private investigator... Think Magnum P.I. with a twist. The main character even shares his thoughts with the audience in a similar way as Magnum P.I.
The show seems very good to me over the first 5 episodes.

It is a good show, but only one thing. He is wrong how a vampire can die... I just don't like how he says it. I always thought a vampire can die through light and stake through heart.

I just read a series of books about vampires, turns out that according to them (books), sunlight doesn't kill the vampires, but does something very interesting to them, 
As for the show, I've meant to watch it, but just don't seem to get there.
