The USS Wellington is recruiting!

Hello fellow trek fans,

I am the executive officer of the USS Wellington, a brand new, independent PbEM (play by email) star trek roleplaying simulation. We will be starting up very shortly, but before we can begin our adventures, we need a crew. Thats where you come in.

If you've ever wanted to be a part of the magic and excitement of the star trek universe, I encourage you to check us out. We have plenty of open positions available, so if you want a particular position on the ship, odds are you'll be able to get it. Positions are first-come-first-serve however, so the sooner you sign up, the better your chances will be of landing the spot you've always wanted.

Other than the little fault, I like your page, very well done in terms of explaining everything a new RP trekkie needs to know.

I would gladly participate, although I've never really understood how you play by email or how it's coordinated.

Whoops! Thanks for pointing out that error for me. Simple typo.

I'm actually fairly new to the play by email system too, but it's actually quite easy and works very well. Basically character interaction takes place in emails that are sent between the crew members. Once the players involved are satisfied with what they've written, you'll email the completed "log" to the log server, where it becomes an offical event, and every player, even those not involved within that log, will be able to see it.
