By alphabetical order:

Borg

One of the most technologically advanced "species" or "race" in the Delta Quadrant. Assimilation is their method of attaining perfection. Their technological and biological distinctiveness were added to their own. They are probably the most technological, flexible and adaptable species in the quadrant. There ultimate goal is perfection and they are extremely organized, having a common collective consciousness, billions of minds united as one and consensus is always present, improving efficiency. They are also one of the very few species to posses transwarp capabilities.

Krenim

They are the species of the Delta Quadrant which probably possess the most advanced temporal technology. Being experts in this field, their weapons are also known to be extremely powerful, being in a state of temporal flux. By being out of sync with the space time continuum, they can penetrate almost any shields and barrier, making it highly useful. They are able to shield themselves from the normal space time continuum and have the ability to generate major temporal incursions.

Malon

They are one of the more advanced species of the Delta quadrant but they lack technologically in waste disposal. Each waste export ship that carries waste material away from their clean and beautiful planet can hold more than 3 million tonnes of anti-matter waste in their cargo hold along with extremely high levels of theta radiation. Their waste can be served as extremely deadly weapons. In one instance, they released some amount of anti-matter, cutting Voyager's shields to 70% in one attack.

Species 8472

Ah, the only species who has the potential to destroy the Borg for good with their technologically advanced bio-ships which can fire energy drains that could destroy Voyager in 2 to 3 shots. Their biology is so advanced that they and their bio-ships are impervious to Voyager's sensors. If their ships are grouped in sevens, and if their weapon get charged together in the group, enough fire power might be generated to eradicate a small moon.

The Voth

A species who was said to evolve from dinosaurs who migrated from Earth into the Delta Quadrant. They possess transwarp capabilities and have very great sensor technology which can scan up to 90 light-years. Their cranial capacity are also more profound than humans by 22%. They also possess displacement cloak-like technology that can also move individuals and starships out of phase. They are very powerful and their species is a potential candidate to combat the Borg.

The Nacene

They are semi-corporeal and have the ability to introduce a displacement wave anytime they want which pushed Voyager 70000 light-years into the Delta Quadrant. This is due to their highly advanced subspace technology.
