There's nothing new in this. Americans shooting Americans, Brits shooting Brits, us shooting each other. Mistakes happen. People, and techonolgy, are fallible.
I guess my question would be, what's the point of this topic?

I saw the video. These days it's very rare compared to all previous wars. The pilots obviously made a mistake, so it's not like someone in our military just doesn't like the Brits.

aint sayin you guys got it in4us.. and yeah I know theres bin such things happenin in ww1/2 But it just rips me up that in this day and age humanity can't get it's act together and stop em.. ya know?!

You're expecting perfection. So no, it can't be obliterated completely. Though as Kyle said, it has been reduced greatly.
