How did you all happen to find STV?

i used to write a lot on the german equal to this site, www.startrekvoyager.de and then one day a guy told me about this bigger forum in english, so I joined

I searched for "Star Trek forum RPG" and after going through several sites (which I either found to be dead or not what I was searching for) I came to STV. This was after I left my previous RPG board, because the new members were starting to clog up the forums with spam.

In my senior year in high school I saw a couple of kids on the site in the library. So I went on and I loved it. I've been here ever since.

I don't remember exactly but i think i found it as a link on another site. Then i couldn't remember my password or username for a while and had to figure it out. since then I haven't been away.

I was doing a thesis paper for school and needed good DS9 pictures. I was looking around on one of the search engines, and then I thought I would type in "www.startrekds9.com" and it came up with STV, so I registered, and then couldn't find any pictures, so I left. Then I came back awhile later and actually checked out the forums.

I think I remember that I saw an advertisement for it a while back somewhere on some other star trek site. But I didn't join it until a while after I saw the ad.

I believe one day I just typed the web address in to see what would come up. To be honest, it was the first forum I ever joined so I was confused a little at first, but soon got the hang of it.

Had that a few times, then suddenly there was a forum here

I joined, then got told off by Morphy for registering with this name

I was the first member to sign up, and I still haven't left
