 Why do you always feel the need to bring that up? It's really pointless considering the topic has not only been addressed before, but it's done and over with.
 
 That said, we need to look for a solution in the present, not in the past.

 First, all we would need to do is find a way to evacuate 10 million plus people out of Seoul before NK zaps it with its thousands of short-range (conventional) rockets and (true this time) "million-man march".
