Star Trek Voyager.com RPG Area Rules:
In addition to: Global STV.com Rules, please be sure to read, and understand the rules, if you have any questions, do not hesitate to PM a Mod of the area, with any Questions. The Mods of the RPG area are:

Valathous
Founder
Lord Borg
Ziona

One RPG Per Person:
There is only one RPG per person. However, if you have a good standing as a GM, and others request it, you may end up with having more then one RPG. This is rare, though. Also, you may have a recruiting topic for your RPG.

One free RPG Only:
If you are new, or have never made an RPG, you get one free RPG. To make anyother RPG, you must have at least five (5) Dilithium points. Please see RPG Title/Point System for more information.

RPG Tags:
Please tag your RPG, for the new RPGs, tag as such: [Prov-PRG]. For approved ones, tag: [RPG]. If you want a lock, please tag as so: [Lock]. These are required.

RPG Requests:
If you want to make a request for your RPG, please post in the RPG Report/Request Thread. Such request can be to ask for approval, or ask for a lock. Make sure to post a link to your RPG, so that the Mod(s) may find it.

RPG Description/Member list:
This is a must. All RPGs should have a description of the RPG, which includes a story, and the list of members and if applicable, their bios. There is also a suggested list to categorize your members.

GREEN = Posts regularly / New Member.
YELLOW = Posts semi-regularly.
RED = Inactive, and maybe removed.
BLUE = Excused from posting

Inactive GMs, with RPGs
If you make an RPG, then disappear, without making an arrangement with the Mods, your RPG maybe locked after a period of two weeks or more. This is to prevent people making RPGs and taking off. However, if you come back, RPGs can be unlocked.

Join Request:
To join an RPG, do not interrupt an RPG that has started. Either post in the recruitment topic, or PM the GM.

Spam in RPGs:
Keep Your RPG Spam free. Do not clutter it up with OOC only posts, or other non-in game posts. Excessive spamming can lead to a topic lock.

RPG Rewards:
An RPG that does well, and is dedicated, spam free, and consistant, will be rewarded by being stickied.

Hotlinking:
STV will no longer tolerate hotlinking pictures from other websites. What is hotlinking? This is when you find a picture from another website, copy and paste the URL from the profile and then repost the picture on STV using this URL. It is stealing webspace off the original site's host. To fix this problem simply save the picture to your computer and rehost it using a host such as:

www.photobucket.com
www.angelfire.com
www.geocities.com
www.imageshack.com

Those four hosts are free and fairly easy to use. Personally, my favorite is photobucket. It hosts a lot of images, is the easiest to use, and is free.

RPG Ownership and copyright:
An RPG is the sole property of it's creator. It is up to the creator to determine what should be done with it, where it should be mentioned, etc... The creator determines if he wants it advertised other places, sites made regarding it, and can, at any time, cancel all agreements.
If anyone is found in violation of this, their RPG will be locked, Indefinitely.

Reporting Problems/Users
If you have spammers or users breaking rules, then please use the RPG Report/Request Thread or PM the RPG mods. Include a link to the topic with the problem. If there is no link, then most likely the report will be ignored.

Rule Consequences
... Three strikes and you are out.
