What episode is this?

I remember an episode that I can't remember what it's called. I think it was Star Trek Voyager

On a space ship was a little girl, I can't remember her name, but it might have been Amy or Anna or something like that. She had a friend that only she could see. But the friend was really an alien...in the end she turned into some little blue lights and flew away. Does anyone know this, name, number, series? Thanks so much
