It was one of my favourite eps- fanatastic plot- but I dont see Kim becoming a criminal. Pity it was on the same video as 'once upon a time;

Oh, I had to look it up to remember, but now I do. This episode was among the better ones, it was really good. I havent seen it in awhile, maybe I should go watch it again.

It's not just mundain criminality that he practiced. He was responsible (or so he thought) for killing the entire crew of his ship. He knew that his criminal activities were intended only to remedy that situation and bring his crew back. I think anyone would probably do the same.
As for "Once upon a Time". I thought that that also was a good episode. Just a completely different kind of story.
