Some time this weekend, I will be transferring STV to a new location. My friend hosting the site now is going out of the country for 8 months and I do not want to repeat the downtime problem we had this summer.

While I do this, I will also be upgrading some of the software that runs STV -- Apache, PHP, MySQL, phpBB. Ideally, I can backup the site, transfer it... do testing and have everything up without anyone noticing.... BUT.... You guys know about Murphy's law.
