Star Trek: Chronoshift Version 1.1
Currently under revisions.
After the events listed in my fan fiction topic "Star Trek Chronoshift"'s first and second post, Starfleet's C&C, Admiral Morrow spent 7 years working to make a ship abusing most of Professor Einstein's new tricks. And... Not a moment too soon. The Romulans, having learned of Starfleet's new bag of tricks, have joined forces with the federation, however, the breen, and the klingons have decided they want nothing of such an alliance. On October 24th, 2453, 9 years after the date of Captain Harry Kim meeting Professor Einstein, The klingons launched an assault on the Federation/Klingon Border world, "Sherman's Planet". The colony there was whiped out, and the federation lost 19 ships.
The federation countered that with a strike against a similarily placed Klingon border world.
The klingons then declared open war on the federation.
The breen decided it was as good a time as any, so THEY declared open war on the federation.
Then the Cardassians.
The Romulans held fast. They believed that the new Federation-Romulan alliance could stand up to anything.
Until the battle of the Romulan planet, whos name translates into "crossover".
The combined federation-Romulan fleet of 150 Starships... was taken down by a combined attack. 43 Klingon Birds of Prey, 47 Klingon Heavy Cruisers, 23 Cardassian Heavy cruisers, and 90 Breen warships.
The Romulans countered by launching thier fleet of Thaleron-based weapon equipped warships. Having seen what Shinzon did with one of them, The romulans built 90.
The Federation... launched 15 Sovereign class starships, 50 Intrepid class starships, 29 galaxy class starships... and...

Note that Particle Cannon cannot be used while using Chrono-warp or Standard warp core, due to large power drain.

"Iron Curtain" device - No weapon or warp drive can be used for 5 minutes. Provides 2.5 minutes of nearly inpenetrable shielding.
Medical Bay downgrades: 19/20 medical bays removed
EMH downgrades:19/20 EMHs were removed.
Holodeck Expansion: Holodecks now have one entire deck to themselves. In addition single holodecks can run multiple scenarios at the same time, provided main computer is not currently being impaired.
Shuttlecraft Compliment alteration: Shuttlebay can now carry 40 standard Mark IV shuttlecraft, however, shuttlebay is currently equipped with 2 "Chronoraider" class fighters, and only 4 standard Mark IV shuttlecraft.

Capable of deploying into on-planet command posts, complete with defencive systems. Permits troops to call in "Chronoshifts" on planet.

Advanced Control Enforcement((ACE)) Mode:
The "Sphere" can split from the "tail", and allow the Chronoshift to become two vessels. By splitting, the Sphere is limited to chrono-warp, thrusters, and impulse engines, while the Tail is limited to Standard warp, thrusters and impulse engines. Also, The sphere is limited to prism network weaponry only. The tail is limited to phasers, and reduced power particle cannon only. Both the "Sphere" and the "Tail" can be controlled by either the "Sphere" or the "Tail"s bridge regardless of wether they are joined or not.

Operating System Upgrade: Advanced Experimental UFP Battle control system: Uses LCSARS controls, or old fashioned Keyboard. Allows more automated ship repairs and firing routines, while simplifying user control, to permit less errors. Can be controlled through wireless devices.
Computer Persona Protocol: EVA version 1.1 ((Friendly, good at chess, otherwise very similar to standard computer personna))

TOP SECRET! Starfleet Intelligence:
Klingon Bird of Prey upgrades: Depolarizing shields((rather then deflecting, merely disables polarized weapon shots)), Quantum phase torpedoes, Ion Storm generator.
Klingon Battle Cruiser upgrades: Depolarizing shields, Quantum phase torpedoes, Ion Storm generator, Ion-based disrupter bays.
Breen: No known configurations.
Cardassian Galor upgrades: Razor shields, Transwarp, High-power disrupters.
Borg upgrades: Who knows who they assimilated lately...
Sona upgrades: It seems that they still don't like us much, even after Picard helped alot of them, back at that baku planet in the briar patch. They have those nasty subspace weapons... which have as yet unpredictable results on the chrono-warp drive.
Allied forces upgrades:
Vulcan Pacifier class vessels: Equipped with REFLECTIVE shielding, and advanced communicational warfare devices. Not so great at fighting large groups, as they have very little defencive weaponry.
Andorian Corsairs: The once-pirate class vessels are now officially allies. Complete with extra-legal weaponry, these are nasty little beasties.
Romulan Bird of Prey: Aside from the normal niceties, our friends have added thaleron generators to most of thier birds of prey, as well as what they call Heat Disrupters, rather then being polarized, they use heat to deal damage.
Romulan Bird of Vengance: 40 Heat disrupter bays, 2 particle cannon slots((on loan from Starfleet Engineering)), 29 Photon torpedo bays, and of course, shinzon's little thaleron weapon.
Bajoran Freedom Flashers: Everyone is getting in on this. The Bajoran freedom flashers are basically... well... they stole a bunch of cardassian vessels, and called themselves a fleet.
Telarite light cruisers: While they look rather ungraceful, they really don't care, much like most telarites. They have a maximum warp speed of warp 6, however, they carry slightly more fire power then would be required to handle and 4 Romulan or Klingon bird of prey. Use a unique sensor style which can detect cloaked and stealthed vessels, and can relay to allied vessels.
Maquis Mysteries: The maquis, ever proud of the fact that they were right about the cardassians, rather then join starfleet, prefer to use thier own vessels. These are mostly innocent looking freighters with weapon and shield capacities rivaling most intrepid class vessels. They aren't very QUICK though.

Character Biography:
The great grand-daughter of Hikaru Sulu, Captain Lenara Sulu has a slightly tarnished record, including frequent "trigger happy" scenarios, in which her crew had to physically restrain her from pushing the torpedoes out the bays on her own. Well known for having a bad temper, but a reasonable sense of humor and logic. Served on USS Monitor, USS Intrepid, and Starbase 21.

There are rumors of a klingon raid directed at the Andorian colony world skirting cardassian space. Expect Andorian allies, and unexpected enemies. DO NOT HESITATE TO USE FORCE TO PROTECT THIS COLONY PLANET.
Andorian Corsairs assigned to Truana: 12.
Estimated size of Klingon fleet: 19.
Romulan assistance is on the way, HOWEVER, it will likely get there roughly 19 hours after Chronoshift is expected to arrive.
During this mission, all command based decisions for andorian vessels, should the Andorian battle command become disabled are transfered to Captain Sulu.

Captain's Quarters, NX Chronoshift.

Lenara stared casually around her quarters.
They were... dull and boring.
The replicator decided to produce some goop, instead of a cheeseburger... and it was dull... and boring.
She had named Einstein's Laptop Katie, and was pleased that someone had crafted a recharge desk for Katie.
She placed Katie on the recharge desk.
"Charging batteries. Updating systems. Synchronizing with Local Area network." Eva's voice came from the laptop.
Lenara found Eva's voice relaxing. She wondered when her crew would finally arrive, and she hoped that she would be allowed to leave soon, as the klingon raid was slowly comming near.
