PostMon Jul 24, 2006 9:47 am    Is Jeri Ryan Aging Badly?

Who got the retarded idea that Jeri Ryan is aging exceptionally badly?! Having saw her relatively recently on Two and a Half Men and The OC I still think Jeri Ryan still looks pretty good for a woman in her late thirties and she could pass off as 32. Heck, when she was in Voyager I originally thought she was still in her mid twenties when she was already 33!

But why are there far too many morons saying that Jeri Ryan looks old, when it's blatantly obvious she looks closer to 30 than 40?!! The nitwits also said she had "wrinkles" when she actually has EXPRESSION LINES. And although I have not seen her in Boston Legal yet one person thought she looked "kinda of old and had too much botox" ( ). I saw photos of Jeri Ryan in Boston Legal and I saw no real signs of botox treatment and since most Internet inhabitants are by and large mentally deficient (it's the same story in the real world) I tend to take all of these negative comments concerning Jeri Ryan with a pinch of salt.

Do any of you think Jeri's still got it and looks pretty young for her age?

Oh yes, I think she looks damn good for being almost 40 years old. She only looks like she's in her mid 30's. I thought she looked very pretty and I watch Boston Legal and was very excited to see her on the season finale and she looked fine, a little bit older than when she was on Voyager, but she definitely has not aged badly. She's aging very well. I hope I look like her at that age!

She's aging very gracefully. People are meant to age. It's unnatural to see a freaky botox freak.

Also, she's been through a lot, so it's amazing she looks so good.

My experience with those types of opinions is just to ignore them. People and the Media just says stuff to stir things up among people. I mean quite honestly the only opinion about her aging that should count should be her own.

Yeah, your right Untitled, people who say Jeri Ryan is supposedly aging badly are your usual round of blogger halfwits and forum cretins who are often always full of it.

If you saw Jeri Ryan in The OC, she actually looks quite similar looking to what she was in Voyager but looks a lot less radient in apperance and more "normal" looking. I attribute that the The OC's lighting and make up rather than actual aging.

Voyager always had very good make up and lighting, explaining Jeri's stunning looks. Even Kate Mulgrew who is nearly fiftheen years Jeri Ryan's senior looked excellent on Voyager.

Um, no... Having seen Jeri in person, I can unequivocally say that lighting and makeup has very little to do with it.

Her stunning looks are natural, and simply the luck of the genetic draw.

I can see how she's almost 40, but at the same time she still looks good and almost like she did when she did Voyager.

Hmmm, I wonder why some people out there thinks she's aging badly when she still looks closer to 30 than 40 and appears similar to what she was when she was first cast as Seven nearly ten years ago?

I also wonder if her critics would look as great as her now, let alone when they hit their late thirties? And some people criticise William Shatner's aging looks in those quirky Allbran adverts too, even though he looks truly remarkable for an elderly man in his mid 70s - I swear he looks more like he is in his early 60s or even late 50s.
