How do you define best singer?
Are we talking:
Purity of note?
Pitch range?
Volume/how far the voice carries?
Writing her own songs?
Being able to sight read perfectly?
Perfect pitch? (some people are born with this)
I couldn't actually listen to the clip because of my slow internet speed, so I don't even know what this girl sounds like, but if she's a "pop sensation" then I doubt she's the best singer in the world.

DON'T GO TO THAT SITE. Bad popups, spyware... very evil.
I'm also intrested in how you define someone as being the best singer. Everyone thinks different. I personally am only intrested in old and new age rock music. I can't stand todays pop or rap.
I think David Grohl from the foo fighters is the best singer, but my favourite changes from time to time.
