Given that the current margin is 0.6 percent, I think they are perfectly justified in demanding a recount.

This is a very good commentary on the situation by the Times:

And at a weekend rally Se�or L�pez Obrador fed their anger, demanding a recount, promising to challenge the result in court and calling on his supporters to keep up their demonstrations.
