Hell yeah it was awesome

Though some people complained the plot wasnt very good.Well its not like they could cram a massive in depth plot into 1hr and 44 mins or such.

But the action, the music, the graphics....i dont care about the new games or the whatevers that come from Square enix now..imho this is the best thing they`ve EVER created and i dont see anything by them topping this soon in the enjoyment stakes

They are apparently re-making the original FF7 game because it was such a hit.

Oh! Another FF fan! I didn't know how many there were. I love FFVII and FFVIII. FFVII was the first RPG I have ever played.

I haven't seen the movie, yet, but, I plan to.

About remaking the game...I don't think so...they might, but, Square would be better off making a new one (FFXII pisses me off, by the way). FFVII (remake) would cost a lot 'o money if they DO make a remake (which I doubt) for the PS3.

Now, a portable version on the PSP or DS (DS preferable, seeing as I have one and half of FFVII was made for the N64 and never used; easy to put on the DS).

You gotta see it! It's awesome! So La Forge, go and buy Advent Children now. I reserved my DVD copy. It's the best thing ever! Gorgeous graphics, some of the best fighting scenes, it's just really good.

And as for SquareEnix making a game for PS3, I'd REALLY like them too, but so far, it's only been rumors since they only redid the beginning intro to FFVII. It showed they had the potential to remake the game for the PS3 with Advent Children like graphics but according to this, a remake is only rumor: http://ps3.ign.com/articles/614/614692p1.html

Gorgeous animation, superb battles, great score.

Incoherent and incidental plot, absurd voice acting, poorly translated dialogue.
