Ok i was just wonderirng after "Tinker Tenor Doctor Spy" does the doctor stay an Emergancy Command Hologram?

Yep. Workforce and Renaissance Man in season seven immediately spring to mind as episodes where the ECH was featured. Not sure if there were any others.

Nope...no other episodes.
The ECH concept was first drafted in "Tinker, Tenor, Doctor, Spy" by the Doctor, and you're right...in Season 7 for 2 episodes we see him as the ECH...so they really did it. I thought it was kind of cool personally...
