I think someone mentioned this episode before, but I have to say this one was probably my favorite!!!!!!!!!!

I thought it was so clever, how they were able to put Sisko and Dax,etc into TOS background.wow.

Yes, it was very clever. I think it's the best DS9 episode ever. In theory, it sounded like a recipe for disaster, but I think they knew what to do with the concept, and didn't take it too seriously.

My favourite moment is where Sisko tells Captain Kirk that it was an honour to have served under him.

I loved the scene where Worf refused to discuss why the Klingon's appearance had changed.

"We do not discuss it with outsiders."

A lot of people I know say there should have been more episodes like that, but I disagree. The episode was unique, that's why it was so special. More of the same would have diluted the whole concept, and would have resulted in some poor episodes.

That was a great episode. Beautifully done and the story was great. Not to mention, they picked a cool TOS episode.

I love Bashir and O'Brien's discussion on time travel and the paradox.

'Whattley? That was my great-grandmother's name.'
'Funny.'
'And I think she was in Starfleet'
'Why that's a common enough name.'
'But what if that was her?'
'Do you realize the odds?'
'No one ever met my great-grandfather, this could be a pre-destination paradox! God, Chief, surely you took elimentary temporal mechanics at the Academy, I could be destined to fall in love with that woman and become my own great-grandfather!'
'You're being rediculous!'
'Ridiculous, if I don't meet with her tomorrow I may never be born!'
(Kira on intercom) 'Chief, are you ready for transport?'
'Are we ever!'
'Standby.'
'You saw the way she looked at me, you can't just dismiss this!'
'I can try.'
'Alright. Fine. But I can't wait to get back to Deep Space 9 and see your face when you find out that I never existed!'

Yeah, I definately love that episode.

So many funny parts. But I love Odo: "Another glorious chapter of Klingon history? Tell me, do they still sing songs of the great tribble hunt?"

I liked seing the digital version of the NCC-1701. It would be nice to see TOS eps like "Balance of Terror" or "The Ultimate Computer" with such CG capabilities.

i only saw this one for the first time a couple of months ago.i thought it was great and rather a good job with adding DS0 crew to TOS

I LOVED this episode. The graphics of today showing TOS, was awesome. The picture splice was well done to. This makes it better then In a Mirror, Darkly, because they had the DS9 crew interact with the 60's crew/episode. Wonderfuly done.... THIS ep is trek...

I loved that one too, incliding Bashir's joke about OBriens repair jobs and Bashir as O'Brien's 'work related stress' assessor
