Character Rules:
Original Rule template based from founder

1: Can not be a charecter from the shows. Ex. Janeway
2: Can not be an alien species that isn't in the Federation. Ex. Vorta, Q, A Borg Drone, Romulan. Unless can think of a reason otherwise.
3: Please take into consideration that you do not have to be a Starfleet officer. You can be a civilian, trader. You can even have a special rank like liason for another species. Be creative. Although there is a limit for these "special" ranks.
