I love cheese, all of them.... well, most of them. Most famous for me is the Edam. Which is dutch cheese of course .

One type of French cheese is also very delicious. don't know what its called though, camambere? Limburger?
Its white, used on toast.

Swiss. Since it's the first one to come to mind, I'll have to say it's my favorite.
Can't stand American cheese, ick.

Parmezan. Or how you write it. In any case, it's the ooooold cheese from Italy, that's really big, like a meter in diameter. And soooooo delicious...
I also like just young cheese, that tastes so great on bread. If it's after dinner I like older cheese the best, or parmezan. But it's hard to get and really expensive.

Raw cheese is icky. Cooked cheese...melted cheese...entirely different. Melted cheeses we like. Especially provolone. Parmesean is good, too.

Cheese is the President of all foods. I love cheese.

Favorite kind? A medium to sharp Vermont Cheddar. Mmmmm...

If you've never had Cabot cheese, your missing out!
