In One of the episodes, were he saw hulotinations of tribes or something, he took of his clothes to show he ment know harm or something. And from the camera angle showed his bum cheek and crack.

You're right, it wasn't RB. I read an article about this ages ago where he mentions that he had a double for that shot. Just like much of the Janeway CPR in CODA wasn't KM.
