I used to play piano as well as saxophone. I'm thinking of taking the piano back up, but I really don't know if I feel like bothering. Anywho, I stopped a few years ago, and I'm a HS junior.

I'm doing grade three work from uh . . . Royal Conservatory of music, I think (too lazy to run inside and check my books). But I haven't taken any exams.

Oh i did the same thing!!! <-- stopped and then started up again. I played piano from like 1st grade to 5th grade. THen i quit because I learned to play the flute in middle school. Anyway, my sophomore year of college, they offered a "Class Piano" which was for either people wanting to learn how to play, or re-learn how to play. I'm absolutly thrilled that I took it! I'm definitly not Mozart by any means, but I am able to continue teaching myself on my own. We have a piano here at home, and it's really fun to be able to sit down and play again! Good luck!!

So when you say "grade" you're not talking about our grade in school, are you? You mean piano grade, like the level of piano we're at. Anyway, I stopped at third grade then, and just play it whenever I find a song I wanna learn. Good for you though, to be taking it up again.

I play the piano. Have been for years as well as the drums.

I'm currently a sophomore at Mercer High. Playing piano is something I enjoy. I haven't really tried any thing else though.. except singing

But I encourage music to all

I love playing Disney Songs, and also Phantom Of the Opera. I've got a huuuuge piano book full of various disney songs. I also have a book that has all the music from The Little Mermaid! Excellent book to play. Another one i have is one full of music from the Phantom of the Opera -- my favorites to play in that are "Angel of Music" and "Wishing you were some how here again".

Oh -- and I can't forget my sheet music i have from Lord of the Rings: Fellowship of the Ring. It's from a part in the movie that is sung by a boys choir "The Breaking Of The Fellowship." It's very pretty and i love playing it!!

I play, but not so much anymore. I'm having a lot of trouble playing with my left hand recently, so I've pretty much given up on piano. But I play guitar, bassoon, and I"m learning drums.
