This was a great episode. Another reason it stood out above all the other Star Trek shows. This episode was more of a horror thing, than exploration. It was really cool. Good development with O'Brian and Nog. Garak did an excellant job in his dark role.

^I know it. It's like, in my top 5 episodes. I love the horror stuff in it. It's really cool when the Cardassian breaks through the glass.

This is one of my favorite episodes. I liked the suspense, and I think it was cool that they finally gave Garak a violent side.

I just watched this a few days ago. It was pretty great, It gave Miles O'Brien's character a more leadership kind of role. On any normal given episode he is just said to be the chief of operations, but you only see him taking orders bent under some kind of computer fixing it. In this episode you actually see him leading his entire staff in a Space Station for there lives, even if there were only two of his crew that made it out of there alive.

"This isnt a coil spanner" *STABS* "...its a flux coupler"

And yeah, poor Pechetti. There he was, just doing the 24th century pokemon thing (oh hey, another insignia for my collection, cool,i`ll juARGH).

Great ep,had me on edge of seat with the suspense. The lighting, the camera angles (like when they used those with Nog and you just knew someone was behind him and he was THIS close to getting killed) worked together perfectly with the great cast.

Last time i rewatched this it reminded me why i miss Ds9 so much

Has anybody not jumped the first time they saw it when the Cardassian breaks through the glass? Everyone I show it to jumps. It's so funny, I just look over at them when the parts coming up.

I watched Empok Nor the first time at about midnight, alone, during a cold, persistant rainstorm. It really added to the effect. It made it more unnerving than it would've been in daylight... the fun!

Yeah, I always make sure we get the room dark before I show it to someone the first time.
