Does anybody here like Cricket?
I like it - in moderation. I couldn't sit there for a whole day watching a match, but I certainly enjoy watching the highlights of major games.
I played Rugby in my youth but on occasion, I played Cricket and found it to be an enjoyable game, depending on what position you play.

I like playing cricket, but not watching it or getting hit by cricket balls (which happens because idiots use real cricket balls at my school. My friend got hit in the face and was bleeding everywhere)

That's terrible. Cricket balls should not be used in such a manner because they can be very, very dangerous. Some people, eh...
What position do you prefer to play? For me, nothing could beat batsman.

Yeah, I like batting because I can't catch. And I throw like a girl (mainly because I am one).
I've only played proper cricket once in my life.

If I hadn't devoted my early years to playing Rugby, then Cricket would have been my first choice. Keep playing and keep enjoying it.

I don't have anywhere to play. Nowhere in my area supports girls cricket. We have to play *spaz voice* Rounders *normal voice* instead... YUK.

Have you done a 'net search to see if cricket is done in your local area?

Well...I'm not really into that game, cuz it's hardly known here in Holland. I know it's a big hit in England, am I right?

Australia beat us at cricket. So do India. I dunno, we put countries in our empire, teach them ettiquette and English-ness and they repay us by beating us at cricket

The thing that that awful game, baseball, evolved from. You hit a ball with a bat and run back and forth to scor runs. The runs add up and the team who made the most runs with the least amount of people wins.

Los Angeles? Damn, I love it. Never been there but it looks so good. They filmed the 70s Spider-Man series there (I think).

I wouldn't know. I don't really pay attention to where things are filmed. But a lot of things are filmed here lol.
Yeah, it is very nice. But the people are a little different. My cousin lives in santa monica and the people there are so nice and relaxed.. then I go to westwood and the people are Aholes etc....

I hate crickets. Every September our city gets invaded by those hopping, greasy-looking, chirping stupid wanna-be-roaches. I stomp on as many as I can.
