As you may have noticed, you now need to join a usergroup to post in World News.
Your political views, etc..., will have no bearing on your approval/denial. Only your ability to show some self-control.
There are sometimes sensitive subjects discussed, and unfortunately there are people who's sole purpose is to troll. This is a way for us to keep them out.
