I was talking to a new friend of mine about star trek and about the allegory storys it does. I cant think of what the allegory was for cogenitor. Just completely gone out of my head. Was it equal gender rights or test tube babies? or what???

It depends on what it is you are looking for, there's probably several allegories you could find within this episode. One could look at it as individual rights, reproductive rights, interference with another cultures way, so on, and so on.

When you cried I'd wipe away all of your tears
When you'd scream I'd fight away all of your fears
And I held your hand through all of these years
But you still have
All of me
