The good things he did for this country and other countries.
1 - He sent peacekeeping troops to Bosnia in 1996- to stop the ethic Serbs and Albanians from further killing each other. That region is now at peace and violence in that region is rare.
2 - He has sent millions of aid to Africa.
3 - He fixed the problems that President Bush Senior made when he took office. Problems with Schools, and the Economy.
4 - He United the country with other countries. He was the kind of President who could convince a country to make peaceful alliances.
5 - Clinton made friends with Russia. As he and Russian President Boris Yeltsin became good friends.
(I would add more to the list if I remember)

But anyways, to your statements:

Don't get how Liberals (not saying that you're one or anything), but I don't get how Liberals could oppose the war in Iraq and yet be for that. I don't know, perhaps that was something good that he did, but keep in mind that that was NOT all him.

It was NOT him. Clinton did NOTHING to the economy--he had no economic plan, no nothing. He just let Reaganomics continue to take its course. It was all Reagan.

Big deal! Not necessarily that good of a thing. If you wanna talk about making friends, talk about Reagan and Gorbechav!
Also, ANYTHING good, like Welfare reform, was pretty much BECAUSE of the Republican congress
