I'm sure many are aware that you can use Google in Klingon. But how many knew there was a Klingon Wikipedia? I certainly didn't, until today!

Unfortunately, this Wikipedia is in desperate need of those who can speak/write Klingon and those who are willing to take the time and turn this into a respectable Wiki project. There are still some who regard Klingon as a not a "real" language. The valued contributions of those who can speak tlhIngan Hol will serve to better the project and push it into the realms of full legitimacy.

So why haven't you helped? You've probably thought about it, maybe put it on a nice to-do list, but never really gotten around to it. All when it only costs less than an Internet connection a month. You know what I think? I think you've just forgotten the URI. So here it is:

tlhIngan Hol jatlh vIHem
(Did I get that right? . . . )

All right, for some reason I've decided to make a Klingon language pack for phpBB.

My problem is that I don't know how to translate more 'current' terms such as 'forum.' Would I translate it phonetically, so it becomes vrorum? Or would I translate the phrase for "meeting place"? I'm inclined toward the latter in most cases, since upon further reading I've found out that transliteration is strongly discouraged (and difficult anyway ).

If anyone can offer insight into this, or perhaps would like to collaborate on the translation of these Internet terms, please post here or PM me. Even giving me a link to some sort of dictionary with Internet terms in Klingon would be greatly appreciated.
