Ok, in the first ep they are taken to the delta quadrent. When the crew were taken off the sjip, the ship was a weck. It was damaged etc... there were conduits hanging all over the place etc... But, when they came back, 3 days later, the ship was repaired. So who repaired it?

It didn't look repaired to me. If it was, maybe the Caretaker had technology and repaired it for them. A sorta apology for whisking them away and nearly killing them in the process.

It was still damaged. When the scene is in Engineering, you see some conduits broken and pipes hanging down, and debris on the floor.

perhaps the caretaker repaired it when it realized that it was going to die? or perhaps the crew miracioulsy did so. you know how movies/tv shows are!
