A lot of innocent civilans were caught up in the middle of this, and the US is doing what they can to help them while still targeting the Taliban

The US has always been like that. The children are innocent. In every war we have been in, we have always helped rebuild the country. Does anyone help us like that? No. And the people of Afghanistan are starving, the mortality rate among the children is astronomically high. And that is what makes this such a great country.

"That" is quite a few things. Here are a few: For one, that is Honorable... For countries to help aid Afghan families, who's members most always willingly, brought them into harms way. How about Decency? For all of the loss we have suffered, we could just say, fend for yourself. We are not sacrificing our morals, just because we are at war. The US has always had a strong concern for third world countries, and aiding those with the threat of starvation. I think that it is one of the coolest, most principled, acts that has happened in the US, for a long time.

Yes, civilians did die at the WTC. But if we target civilians, we are no better than they. As for raising money for food, that is how bin Laden controls them. If we can get them food, get them stronger, they can fight back on their own, and get rid of the Taliban, and the Al-Queda. Besides, the children are innocent . You don't punish them for the sins of their fathers.

The Taliban are killing their own people, saying that the US did it. They have also taken about half of the food that we have dropped. What are they fighting for anyway? They obviously do not care about their own. I'm sorry, this just really pis*** me off.
Yes, our bombs have gone off course once or twice, but what they are doing is just cold-blooded brutality.

I definitely agree with T on that one. If they cared at all about their people, there wouldnt be so much starvation, and such. It is because they withhold food from them. Now that's SICK!

We did that for the little kid's streight after the twin tower thing. It made me feel good that I have given them money so that the little kids could have food! Please don't tell me that you also object to that.
