Now I really like this mini-series. It aires on the Sci-Fi channel if you guys want too watch it.

Now the story is about a wizard teenager who dies and gets revived to go on a mission. (I wont go further so I wont give out spoilers.)

Shawn Ashmore - Ged
Kristin Kreuk - Tenar
Isabella Rossellini - High Princess Thar
Danny Glover - Ogion

If you want to know more on the story you can always buy the book (Legend of Earthsea)

It's a great mini-series if you guys want too watch it.
