The Dragon Sword Chapter Two: A Battle Rages

From a land where fire consumes all, and water isn�t a factor, was born the most retched creature ever to been seen by human eyes, the Blazing Dragon. Also born was a sword, and the bearer of this sword is the only creature to control the Dragon. While the other dragons whom where born in less deadly conditions, the Fire Dragon, the Water Dragon, and the most common, Flame Dragon, can be controlled by any, as long as they have the right skills. This is a time of war between Dragon hunters, they take their dragons and span far and wide, in search of one, one sword, The Blazing Dragon Sword.

Men and Woman alike come to the land of Azores, when the sword is claimed to be. They will meet new creatures, and some odd ones. They will learn from them, and will gain enemies, but they all hold the same reason on going on this long journey, to find the legendary sword.

In these times, there are two groups, the Shadow Stalkers, who wish to use the Dragon for evil, and the Light Followers, who wish to use the dragon for good.

Faith Rose Dinsity, leader of the Shadow Stalkers clan walks quickly through the forest, her black hair and clothing making her impossible to see. She hears a arrow wiz past her head and stops dead in her tracks. She hears a voice..

�Good Job Donnell! Now, where is the hunter? Search!�

She knew that voice, and that dragons name, Donnell, the dragon of Izith, who is the leader of the Light Followers, and a sworn protector of his people. She pulled a string out of her pocket and fell through the ground, the hole covering up above her. Above her, she could hear the dragon land and scratching at the ground, she walked through the tunnel, this would take her directly to Shadow Stalker�s territory.

Her second hand companion, Isadeal, met her at the passageway, �My master, your dragon await, a battle is imminent.� Faith sighed deeply and followed Isadeal to her Water Dragon, Mabel.

They fly towards Aria, a less common sub-city in Azores, where battle has been blazing for many days. As she fly's overhead, the Dragon Fighters zoom in close to protect her, and ground troops below march, the citizens stare in happiness and wave, she waves back smiling. Quickly, she lands and calls the people together, �While the enemy is resting, we will rest as well, and I will soon bring new troops here! And we have formed new weapons! Soon, my people, we will prevail!�

Silently, a Light Follower dragon watcher is sitting, watching the speech. He turns his dragon and heads to base camp, to report the findings.

The watcher landed and jumped off his dragon, he went hurriedly to Lord Izith�s castle, once there he bowed before him, �My lord, the Shadow Stalkers are building an army, as we rest, they will rest and bring new troops, we need to attack before the night is over!�

Izith looked at the young watcher, �Dear boy, raise. We do not need to fear those people, for we are far much stronger, and our forces are already well rested. We will indeed attack tonight. While their camps sleep, we will slaughter them all.�

The watcher smiled evilly and took the notification letter to the lead attacker, soon, the Shadow Stalkers will fall, and he will be ready!
